Spreading Kindness,
One Cup at a Time
Rotary Club Of Harrow
April 2026 - our first tea and cake meet! Thank you to the Harrow Garden Centre for kindly hosting us.
Our Mission
The Cup of Kindness project has one mission - to bring people together through simple, meaningful moments - a warm cup of tea, a slice of cake, and the kindness of shared company.
Our aim is to ease loneliness in later life by creating regular spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and connected.
So many people suffer from acute loneliness in later life. A little kindness can change lives.

We welcome furry friends, just like our dear Cup of Kindness dog Bailey! And if you would like to join or plan a fundraising dog walk, let us know.
If you would like to attend one of our fundraising sound baths in Harrow, drop us a call or email.
We love doing a raffle at our tea and cake meets and events. If you would like to donate a raffle prize, we would graciously welcome one!
